After the conquest of Istanbul, the first Ottoman gold coins called "sultani" or "hasene-i sultaniye" with the need to have a say on the means of payment and with the expansion of the empire borders.
On the front, "Sultan Mehmed bin Murad Khan / azze nasrühü / Kostantiniyye duribe fi 882 (Murad Khan's son Sultan Mehmed)" / (Allah) with the help of the saints made him victorious / 882'da printed in Kostantiniyye); On the back, he writes “Daribü’n-nadri sahibü’l-izzi ve’n-nasri fi’l-berri ve’l-bahr” (Who printed gold coins, glory on land and sea). Çallemani motifs were used as decoration in Laledan section.
Sultani Vase, hand made in amber and clear glass, all of the patterns on the work are handcrafted and decorated with 24 carat gold.
Production of Sultani Vase is limited to 2000 pieces.
