The Koruyan Kase inspired by an ancient glass goblet of Egyptian or Syrian origin, which produced by the late 13th or the beginning of the 14th century. The red and green floral motifs on the protective bowl, all of which are decorated with the very fine gold workmanship and Rumi motifs. Eagle figures in cobalt border medallions in 3 rows on the body and foot symbolize the guardian spirit on the body of the bowl.
