From the time of Fatih, where the Topkapı Palace was built, the dishes were cooked in the kitchen called Matbah-ı Amire. There were units such as Has Mutfak, Ağalar Mutfağı, Divan Cuisine, Helvahane, Kiler, Kalayhane. According to the palace eating-drinking culture in the Ottoman Empire, various tools were used. Sahan which is brought to the table with food being heated, with a low depth, cap with copper and brass, has an important place among these kitchen tools. Patterns on Müsenna Sahan In 1869, the flower composition from the edge of a white glazed mukenna plate was stylized. Musenna Sahan is made of hand-made glass and all of the patterns are handcrafted with 24 carat gilding and glass paints. The production is limited to 2,000 units.
