"Beware of the Vavs!"
 
Bursa Ulu Cami is one of the most magnificent and most important historical buildings of Bursa. It is the Hagia Sophia of Bursa with the expression of Evliya Çelebi. The Ulu Cami, which covers an area of ​​2215 square meters, consists of 5 sections each with four domes and it hosts a unique line exhibition because of the numerous art samples of the line.
The designs on the Four Vav Vases are inspired by four wav letters on the western side of the Bursa Ulu Cami, with a large celi Tulus embroidered inside. It is written in "Ittaku'l-Vâvat" in the 4-vav sense which means "beware of the vavs". These 4 vav; foundation, inheritance, custody, testament, and so on. In these four cases, the article advises that it is necessary to treat equitably.
The Four Vav Vases are produced from hand-made glass and all relief designs are handcrafted using gold-painted and antique paints.
